Suggestion on Domino to office 365 Migration

Hello All,

Currently, our company is using Domino as Mail Server. We are evaluating Office 365 features and seems it suits our requirements.

Now the next question is that how we can migrate Domino to Office 365. Which is the best successful method for migration.

How we can migrate encrypted emails to Office 365
Is it possible to migrate all the mailboxes from domino to office 365 directly
How archive emails can be migrated

I request you all to provide me a solution for Domino to Office 365 migration.

Which software is required for Domino to Office 365 smooth migration.
Do I need to contact third party service team for Domino to Office 365 migration.

I am in the way to present a proof of concept . Please suggest me the best option .

What do the clients use? Outlook?
How many mailboxes you talking about?

One method off the top of my head if they use outlook is backup the PST file. Set-up 365 mailbox. Create new profile in outlook for 365 mailbox and import the pst.

Otherwise maybe buy some software to do it?

There are probably some consulting companies out there that can do it for you.

I know NTG can handle migrations from Exchange to O365 (and from Rackspace). Don't know if they have any experience with Domino to O365.

I did a migration from Domino to Exchange 2007 years ago, MS had a free tool to assist with the transfer. Sadly they killed the tool for Exchange 2010.

The encrypted email is going to be a challenge for sure - not insurmountable, but definitely a challenge.
