What Are You Drinking

First, we make spicy honey - bourbon slushies!
Recipe from the Tasting Table Test Kitchen
Yield: 2 to 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: N/A
Total Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS4 cups ice
2 cups vanilla ice cream
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup hot honey (preferably Bee Local), plus more for garnish
¼ cup bourbon
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth then divide between glasses. Garnish with hot honey and sea salt to taste, then serve.
Of course I have some chili infused honey hanging around....
