What profession would you guys have been in the 1950's? Typewriter repairmen?
Programmer They had those then.
I was a manufacturing engineer by training. I probably would have stuck to that.

I've gotten to play around on those systems. It's one of my highlights of visiting the family in Seattle, The Living Computer Museum actually lets people use their old computers!

I bet you're not running old 240V/20A behemoths with card punch terminals tho! Yeah, really old, and really use.

I've had some pretty big and pretty old stuff before. But I've let most of it go by now.

I'm grabbing that to make memes for all the dumb questions I ask.

So I was outside and it's dark. I was getting stuff out of my car. Across the valley at a factory I heard these screaming noises. I was genuinely freaked out. Apparently it might have been a fox, I've never heard them make this noise before
-
Yeah, foxes are pretty crazy.

Just about time for bed here. It is getting late.

No the NAS already has 2x 3TB so I either fill the row with another 2, or buy 6 and fill two rows up and more storage. (It already has 4x4TB in the top row)

Why do you have to fill by row?

I don't but I need a bit more storage to move some VM's from hosts to host and backup :). So 2x 3TB will do the job, but while i'm at it do I just fill the whole thing up now
