FreePBX on cloud cannot be done via ISO right now.
@scottalanmiller said in What Are You Doing Right Now:
Vultr is the one that does that. But a PBX can't be used there. We are working with them on that right now. They have network issues with SIP.
As I also stated in the new thread, these claims are false.
They are your experience. If you wish to make these claims ensure that your state as much and do not broadly claim something demonstrably false.

It's a silly, silly system that has no place in a business setting. It's just a goofy OS that exits for teenagers to run at home to brag about how they "compile their own Linux." It shows a total disconnect from business practices and I've never once seen someone use it and maintain it. And almost no one, even people with decades of Linux experience, has normally seen it. So you have no ability to get support for it. So something trivial requires you to bring in an expert and you'll struggle to find one and if you do, you'll be stuck paying top dollar for them to laugh at you for being so foolish.

Running an hour of emerge updates because.... customers think Gentoo is funny.

You get paid top dollar for this, yes?
Does this mean you are laughing at them for being so foolish?

Yes, and yes. But as a typical IT guy, it frustrates me that they don't run things well.

Just found out I'm doing cleanup after a "Cornell grad" did IT for someone. Oh boy, this is really something.
