Don't know, i'm confused
Got loads on the "To Do" List but can't decide what to tackle nextCoffee and then a nap
Might want to reverse that order.

I read an article once on the effects of an 8 Oz cup of coffee before taking a nap actually helps you be less groggy coming out of the nap and helps you feel more refreshed.
I was confused as well but I have tried it and it does wonders. -

Depends on how long @hobbit666 wants to sleep.

I was confused as well but I have tried it and it does wonders.Given that other studies say that all caffeine makes you overall more tired... seems unlikely.

Got loads on the "To Do" List but can't decide what to tackle nextI like to break things into an "A", "B", and "C" list. A's are things that are time critical and important, B's are not time critical, but are important, and C's are neither or can be delayed in favor of others. There are many different ways of sorting your tasks, but this one is fast and easy, so I've found it helps when you're unmotivated or confused since the minimum brain requirements are low.

Funny cause I've actually tested and done that in the past and wake up feeling more refreshed and energized then before the nap. . . I do it every weekend basically.

Considering I do this all the time and wake up refreshed I wouldn't mess with a process that works.

Not me. I can drink a pot of coffee and go right to sleep, lol.

Me too, caffeine makes me sleepy (and alcohol makes me awake), but it doesn't make for good sleep.

I think what @dafyre said has mislead you.

You're an oddball in so many other ways, why not be opposites for uppers and downers as well.

Not odd, it's like that for me too.

It's never bothered me before. I'm sure there will come one day where I drink a few cups and suddenly find myself hovering over my bed... but today is not that day.

That's two stiff drinks of alcohol for me. Quality of sleep may be lacking tho.

Did you feed it the weekly sacrifice of paper, toner, blood and bone?

Yes, but we might have forgotten the small child.
