Watched the new Jumanji movie last time. It's not quite the original, didn't have nearly the same feel. But it was a funny and enjoyable movie. The main stars of the series did a fantastic job.
My 7 year old, like the new Jumanji better than the original.
It wasn't bad by any stretch. It was an enjoyable movie. Although I found myself wanting more of the kids story then the actual game itself. I know it was only a vehicle to get the the game but it was easily the most interesting part of the movie.
They did a good job giving each actor a good amount of screen time. I was expecting Dwayne and Kevin to hog up the camera.
Yep, Jack Black really stole the show. He was easily the best character and actor combo in the entire movie. Karen Gillian also did a phenomenal job although my wife couldn't stop thinking about her in Guardians of the Galaxy.
I can't stop thinking about her as Amy Pond.

Only the best companion. But yeah my wife couldn't believe someone who basically got their start on Doctor Who is now a fairly famous actress.

You think she's typecasted as Amy Pond? I thought she has done well being Nebula. I haven't seen Jumanji yet so can't judge that one.

Finished One Day at a Time season two. Good show, but boy the racial and gender stereotypes are ridiculously over the top and self defeating. That's my one complaint.

Pretty sure most of us will never make it to Panama.... heck - at this point,.. it's unlikely I'll leave the country ever again.... sigh

Panama is like 2.5 hours and ~$90 from where I am. It's an easy weekend trip, as easy as visiting Virginia for me.
-
Nicaragua is two hours, and $84

From here a flight is just under $1,000, therefore I say again... not likely to happen.

Yes, but how much is a flight from there to somewhere where the flight is cheap? LATAM is nearly free if you can get to Ft. Lauderdale airport. So price your flight to Ft. Lauderdale, then tack on the price of a flight from there to wherever you want to go. I bet you'll find Panama is pretty cheap.
-
I assume that you use the Lexington airport? My first look for a flight really soon puts it at just $133 for you to get to Ft. Lauderdale.
-
Add to that the $113 hop to Panama. And you can do Panama for $226 based on just one date that I looked randomly and taking the first flights that I looked at for both legs
