Konica Minolta BizHub C3850 No Printing on Windows 10

I've got a Windows 10 laptop that used to be able to print to a Konica Minolta BizHub C3850, but stopped earlier (we think this morning, but no one is sure.) We've done a clean install of everyone again using KM's own installer. The installer detects the printer no problem, installs drivers no problems, adds the printer. But test pages do not work. If someone does a test page from the printer itself, it works.
Ran Windows updates as they were partially in progress and rebooted. After reboot, I tried printing again, but no change.

I assume you're printing over a network?

Correct. The installer sets up a TCP/IP port for it.

Have you rebooted the printer?

Assuming you are not using a windows server to share, correct?

Have you put wireshark on this yet and confirmed if jobs are actually leaving your laptop?
Can you not manually add the printer via IP ?

Correct, we are not. Direct printing to the printer itself.

The printer has been power cycled after the reboot, right? (Covering the silly questions here.)

And there is only one machine that you are trying to print from; you don't have any other devices to test with?

Only one for now, correct.

I've had issues with the custom TCP/IP ports some of these printers create, where they just don't work (for whatever Windows) reason.
I'd try adding the printer directly via the IP address and see if you can get it to print.

KB4100347 removed. rebooting now.
