Yeah Dominica would prefer not to drive.
He could always let one of the girls drive...except their feet might not reach the pedals...and there could be other probelms with that I suppose...

"Soon". Lol. 30 hours of asphalt between here and there.
Is @Dominica driving so you can keep posting?
Stopped for a few minutes.
So you're driving?
On this leg, yes.

We've made our first real stop in Utica, NY. Got pizza, dropped off the kids. Have a little bit before we continue on but should be leaving for Rochester shortly.

Geographically, they're pretty close to each other.

You don't even get the good pizza, with the good pepperoni on it!

I'm maybe twenty minutes from Rome. Utica is a little better. Dominica'd dad works in Rome. Both are Mohawk Valley pizza areas. The Mohawk Valley is the best pizza anywhere. I prefer the pizza from the east end of the valley the most, this is the west end. But the MV is the best micro-region for pizza anywhere.

I get turned around there pretty easily. Where I live civilization is along the coast line so you pretty much either go north or south. You can go west to the Orlando area, but there is just swamp in between.

Delta Lake Inn

Its excellent and I am not just saying that. Quite a few of my guests said it was the best Italian they have had. Prices are pretty reasonable, too. $10-15 a plate for most dishes

I like Rome, it's a nice town.

Yeah, According to my fiance, it kind of went downhill after they closed the base out there. They are doing some renovations to some of the really older buildings now which is nice.
I really like the landscape out there, though.
