I have 30 MB with Timewarner -_-. It gets the job done I guess.
What? really.... TW was bought by Spectrum... or are they still in transition there.

I am $85/m for 30/5 right now, given what it is and where it is not bad. Frontier was charging me $75/m for the 1Mbps DSL
My parents are paying 50$ for 3/.5 DSL... so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.
Guh.. that is painful... but down there - there is limited options...

They are "transitioning" but you can make the switch here now (recent change, last few weeks). I just haven't gotten around to it.

Grandfathered accounts are still being billed by Time Warner. They offered us a 10$/month credit to our account for 12 months if we switched to Spectrum.

Locally they all keep the same names. And TW turned into Spectrum, it wasn't bought by them. Charter bought TW. The resulting company renamed itself Spectrum. They still sell as TW and Charter.

Guess I need to call my account manager.

@thanksajdotcom works for Spectrum in a Time Warner region but his email is at Charter.

Well... that was after jacking it up 20$ per month two months previously.

You don't paint a rosy picture of Minnesota.
Not an accurate representation. I am 70 miles south of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis / St Paul) and 40 miles east of Mankato (another major population). I think it would be a more accurate representation of midwest rural America than of any state as whole.

sigh
Contemplating the JB policy to rebuild a few VMs to centralize on a single OS.I like the practice- but this is outta hand ,......

It has been a tad busy - which is good.

Updating some server BIOS and iDRAC firmware.
-
Testing out this afternoon's latest pushes. Drinking coffee. Not necessarily in that order.
-
About to move the kids from their current bedroom to the one that they prefer that was recently vacated by the old roommate. They are excited for the extra space.

Singed a new Social media client why is adding someone to a Facebook page as an administrator so hard for the average person?
