Exciting stuff.

Racing to prove a technical point. Doing some serious putting our money where our mouths are. Getting to do a full scale "two dev teams racing" project to prove how fast good design and good dev practices can move.
Answer.... six months head start by the larger team... caught up in.... one day. Boom

Actually it is. I've always functioned from the perspective of budgeting. I receive X money from teaching a lesson, I allocate Y, Z, and A amounts of that money to various categories, and when the time comes I have expenses that draw from those categories. That work flow seems foreign in Wave, so there's a learning curve for me -- mainly because I have no experience with the field of actual accounting.

Just goes to show what getting the right people to do a task can do, instead of just throwing people/money at it.

In dev time, the rough estimate right now is 300:1. Not too shabby.

Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick

They don't know. Not giving anyone a heads up until the owner is in town.

Good choice. Maintain the element of surprise

It is. And we are drinking heavily, too.

Installed Mint on my old ASUS Transformer laptop that seemed to chew on win10. Prefect for an around the house laptop to just browse the interwebs.

In the office now. Have coffee.

Things are slow online today. Took barely any time to be caught up on both ML and SW. How did that happen?
