So my account has been locked again (no I haven't posted over there in a long time or PM'd anyone either).

The issue we have a client that uses their helpdesk system and now can't get into it..... ideas (can I just create another account or will they ding me cause same IP address as my old one?).

So you have a client that uses and now because your account is locked, THEY can't get into their helpdesk?
