We have done that but also we used Disk2VHD if it was Microsoft Windows OS

@dbeato Just tried that on a Server2012 and once restored i get a blue screen, so trying to work through it.
-
@nerdydad At the moment one has failed to restore.
Will do a mini how-to if the rest go good -

Probably because the XenServer Agent was installed on it.

Didn't think of that. Will retry after uninstalling it

What am I doing right now?... Everything. lol. It's a hit the ground running sort of day. Scheduling replacing some DVR drives, getting ready to replace two routers with downtime being a very frowned on thing, getting a patch fiber between two locations to go live, preparing for a meeting...
Yeah, I'm not going home at 5 today. lol

When I have gotten those on systems I P2V'ed, running the bootrec commands (fixboot, fixmbr, etc) usually sorted it.

You can do what rojo recommended, or just remove the drivers before you V2V.
-
Installing VNC software on a large site.

Poo, Seems only my Debian based VM's have worked out of the box, my Fedora/CentOS have boot issues now.
