He last logged in a year and a half ago. Only nine posts. I bet he's not watching here
Bummer. I tried him and others at "the other place" but just dang crickets. Heck, even had crickets on this subject from Dell themselves. No problems with Dell answer questions product questions for sales. UGH

just got my third "Hey come talk to us about a job" in the last 2 weeks.
Enjoy being wanted.
it kinda came out of no where too.
I just getting a LinkedIN wasn't a bad idea eh?LinkedIn communications tend to be better than stuff from Monster, etc. The latter usually results in calls about developer positions, while my resume has zero development experience listed.
The random "I got your resume off the internet and was wondering if you wanted a job 6 hours away that pays a quarter of what you're looking for" connections are the best.
My gf is currently job seeking, she gets lots of those. The other hilarious ones are "work from home, $3k / week, just for receiving and unboxing shipments!" They don't give any company name or location... best case scenario is that you're unboxing / reshipping stuff from overseas sites like Wish. Worst case would be you're receiving shipments of drugs at your house.
@scotth Are you in Salt Lake?

Has anyone seen the Nextcloud client add extra characters behind the file name? For example: A file with the name document.pdf is in a users folder. The make changes to that file on their local pc. When the sync client uploads the new file - instead of overwriting the old file with the new, it leaves the original and adds an new document.pdf.v1234234232
It is adding the v and a bunch of random numbers. My google-fu is failing on this one. -

Ivan replied and was about to investigate my issue.
I tried to sign up again early last week but never heard anything like the last many times. For the heck of I tried to sign up again about 20 min ago and now it told me I already had an account.
Just did a password reset and I now my account setup and will be running the collector soon.
Whoohoo!

Yeah!!!!!!!
Edit: Just did a generic 10 min run because it now in the heat of the morning.
I don't know exactly how to read the report but based on the graphs they confirm my own observations on my environment through vMware monitoring logs.
CPU usage is really low and network usage is medium-medium low.
I always thought I had a storage bottleneck (4 15K SAS in RAID10) but it seems OK.Interesting to know, based on the current time, I Read vs Write is 35/65. I always thought we read more than write.
I will be setting up a 24 hour project to get an overall view tomorrow.

Waiting for a link from Scale to run a Live Optics report on current stuff so they can size a solution.
Hope you find the answers you are looking for.
I wish I could get someone from Dell to create my Live Optics account. Filled out the form multiple times over the last 6 months, messaged multiple Dell contacts between here and Just crickets.
LiveOptics is free and I have not needed to contact Dell for it. I used it for Scale.

It is adding the v and a bunch of random numbers. My google-fu is failing on this one.Sometimes it will do that if it think there is a file in conflict, I think. I've seen some similar things on my systems, but it usually will show "conflict" as part of the file name or extension.

@dafyre I'm 99% sure they have 10 people using the sync client and syncing to the same folder at the same time. User error for sure.

anyone know of an android GPS app that can record/track a trip, allow the insertion of waypoints, display GSP co-ords for the waypoints, and allow embedding of the recorded track into a website???
