Sitting at Gate A19 with my super hot Starbucks coffee at Bush Intercontinental waiting to fly to San Francisco.
-
This is the smallest gate ever. They have a total of just six seats!!
-
@Joy you have to set your gravatar for the email address you use on ML.

Yes vacation. My wife is from the PH. So yearly vacation is split half in India and half in PH to visit family and may be few days for us to visit some places!

@scottalanmiller What kinda plane did you get on? A dual engine cessna? lol. 6 seats at the gate... just wow, lol.

Am more functional today. A couple of nights ago, my eye felt like somebody was trying to dry it with sandpaper or something... I can at least use my eye today, lol.

Dealing with a possible dieing HD - we'll see if Spinrite brings it back.
I really need to order some small SSDs to just replace these with when they come in.

Well finally - remembered that I could hit F8 while the system was booting between stage 1 and stage 2 of install and saw the BSOD fully.
HIDCLASS.SYS was dieing. Google says it's probably a mouse issue - removed the mouse, did install over and tada - system is installed.
Damn thing!
What made this maddening was that Windows 8 would install just fine. Just something about the MS Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 and Windows 7 default built in drivers didn't get along.

Windows 10 update resolved an issue with Windows Defender that I was having. Running 10x faster now then it was before.

Still running Windows 10 Build 10158 - I know that 10159 and now 10162 have been released. I understand from @GregoryHall that he had to do an ISO build to get 10162. Since the RTM release date is just a few weeks off, I might just let it go and see.

I'm at 10162 right now. Working really well although they aren't releasing a new RSAT version until RTM.

I can't handle windows betas, they make me sad. I'll install the RTM when it arrives.

Windows 10 makes you sad? I'm pretty sure it basically is final now.

I am in the office in San Francisco. Gorgeous day out here. About 68 degrees and drizzle. Love it. Have my morning coffee. Just starting the day and I've been up for eleven hours already. That bit sucks.
