I wish I had the time to hire him as a DJ, just so I could shoot at him with a pellet gun when he showed up.
http://www.djfixxx.com/index-old.htm this is... The Hague. We need The Hague.
Wait, this is Curtis' page?
Yes sir. If you know anything about audio, go read through that site. He thinks "biamped" speakers are equivalent to redundant servers / HA. If this asshole had ever walked into Guitar Center and tried to claim any of his BS while I was working, there would have been literal bloodshed... like a tripod mic stand across the skull, then up the ass. While I never ran into Curtis level incompetence in those days, our trouble customers were pretty much verbally abused until they started shopping elsewhere.
Wait, a Yamaha Pacifica is not comparable to a Fender? But I was told so !!111
In fact, I do have a friend who's profession is to plan professional stage installations. Like audio, visuals, effects and so on

Make a reaction video of your friend reading from Curtis' website.
Next time I'm at a Guitar Center (I do occasion them), I have to remember to have that site on my phone and record their reactions to my intro line "This is the best DJ ever, see, he says so on his website"

Go into the pro audio department and tell them Curtis' version of how biamped speakers work...

Guys I just thought about this at just this moment.
I programmed our business printers for the network scan functionality. It took like 5 minutes, but I got it working without issue.
I'm a pro right?

Anyone who knows sound equipment would laugh him out of there.

This thread never gets old. Just had to share it with someone today who was getting weird advice from you know who about programming and him recommending Cobol or Fortran because "they are still around."

Am I the only one that thinks the URL is the best part of all of this? Dj Fixxx? I nearly lost the will to live reading this

You seriously can't make this stuff up.

Sometimes I feel like the existence of Curtis is evidence supporting the theory that our universe is a hologram.

His last few posts have been uncharacteristically normal and boring.

I know. Although the Cobol and Fortran recommendation today for a pre-college kid to use for building a new business app on his first job were more in line with his traditional posts.

My last job let me DJ their acid dropping pool parties.

I used to do the same thing... but without the pool or the getting paid.

Well he says you have to consent to his actions..... so just don't consent and keep him miles away...

Quoting curtis is also an issue.... although he has a point about IT management...
