Finally finished the last season of Babylon 5. Such an excellent series.
Oh man, I need to go back and watch that. Is it on some streaming service?
Amazon Prime Video
Oh nice, I didn't realize. That's awesome. Going to start that soon!
Yup, @JaredBusch got. The "What is coming soon" email is what got me back on it. I never got to watch all of it live, so this was my first time through the whole thing.
Same for me. Came during an era when I didn't have time for TV. Now, binging it, sounds like the way to go.
Fifth season is a bit slow. I think the writers were surprised that they added another season on the end. I liked the last half of the season, and they did an excellent job finishing the series and wrapping up the major remaining stories.

What I have heard in the past is that they planned the story for 5 seasons from early on but it looked like they were getting the ax at the fourth. Their response was to shoehorn the biggest events from 2 seasons of planned content into one so they could have an ending.
Then they got surprise renewed and had to scrounge to fill out the episodes in season 5.

Good to know. I'm glad they got that last season. The end of 5 is much better than 4 imo.

I only made it about 2.5 episodes in, but it seems decent. I wondered if I was going to get goofy Jim vibes from a serious show, and I haven't seen much of that in Krasinski's acting. The story is decent. It is a basic international spy thriller. I'm hoping that it will get better as things progress, but it is worth a watch so far.
What do you think @black3dynamite?

I've heard that he was good in A Quiet Place.
I enjoy Tom Clancy's movies and games so I was already on board for this.I'm on episode 3 and so far I'm liking it. I just hope there is no cliffhanger at the end of season 1.

Season 2 of Ozark is available on Netflix
Being close to the Missouri Ozarks, and a frequent visitor to the area, there are too many things wrong with the show for me to watch it. What really got me was the whole scene how they couldn't get Pistachio Ice Cream, because it was such a backwards rural area, which had me rolling my eyes, believe me, you can find that in the Ozarks. The grocery store they would go to was hilarious too, it looked like a grocery store from the 1970s. I just couldn't keep watching it after that. I thought this is a show about the Ozarks from people who are not from the Midwest and are putting their views and biases of the Midwest in full display. I found it to be insulting and ignorant, which is a shame because it has good acting and I liked the storyline. Lake of the Ozarks is very close to both Kansas City Metro (2.1 Million people), St. Louis Metro (2.8 Million People), and Little Rock Metro area (738,000 people) three bigger areas feed people into the Ozarks all the time. It is the go-to place if you have a three day weekend or more and you want to get away and relax without having to go that far. So they have all the modern conveniences that you would expect to find in any major metropolitan area, such as modern grocery stores with Pistachio Ice Cream.
